Private parties @ vintner's cellar Winery
Private group parties at Vintner’s Cellar of O'Fallon are a truly unique way to get
together with family and friends, hold a corporate meeting, or just to have a night
out with the girls. Your private parties can be held at Vintner’s Cellar
after hours Tuesday – Saturday. Vintner’s Cellar of OFallon will provide a basic
assortment of crackers to cleanse your palate. You are always welcome to bring
in your own food or use any local restaurant for catering.
Private wine tasting parties are perfect for:
• Bridal and wedding showers
• Bachelor parties
• Corporate functions
• Family and friend gatherings
• Client appreciation events
• Girls (or guys) night out

We can accommodate up to 40 people. Private events are held after 7:00pm when we close our doors to the public or on Sundays.
If you choose to make a batch of wine we do not charge a private party, we do suggest one batch for every 10-15 people. A batch of wine (25-30 bottles) starts at $280.00 up to $420.00 depending on the type of wine you select to make. The host pre selects 3-5 wine varieties to taste before settling on the ones to make. We will get everything ready and bring it out to make the wine. You may bring in your own food or you may ask us to have it catered, we have a list of some wonderful caterers depending on your taste. We then will take care of the wine until it is ready to bottle—roughly 8 weeks later.
You will return and fill, cork and label your bottles. The whole bottling process is both fun and a learning experience.
If you would like to host a private party without making a batch of wine we will work with you to come up with a plan and customize it to your needs. Unlike restaurants and banquet facilities we do not include use of the facility in a per person fee for food, beverages etc. Therefore as a general rule we charge rental fee of $100 for two hours plus $50 per add’l hour , plus request a reasonable min. purchase depending on the size of the group. You may once again bring in your own food or we can arrange to have it catered.
If you would like to hold an event during our open hours we do not charge a fee, however we do request you book the date so that we do not have for example two bridal showers at the same time.
Which ever option you choose you can purchase wine, beer, soda, and water from us.
No outside beverages may be brought in, however you may B.Y.O.F. "Bring your own Food!"
